A proper steroid cycle
There is no fixed steroid cycle that every individual can follow. Some steroids might take long while some might work fast. Normally, it has been seen that any steroid cycle below eight weeks is of no use. Our body needs some time to get accustomed to the steroid activity, so eight weeks is that minimum timeframe. To prevent side effects from steroid cycles you should not extend the use of any steroids above 16 weeks. Some may continue taking steroids beyond 16 weeks and yet stay healthy, but that is an exception. Generally, it is suggested that the cycle should be changed every eight weeks. Also, a break of 12 to 16 weeks should be taken before starting any new anabolic steroid.
